This bed and breakfast was modern, in a beautiful location, friendly and a delicious breakfast each morning!

The b&b was modern and well designed. The breakfast was delicious.

It was a little difficult to find, and would benefit from better signs. The location was not close to public transportation, making access to the center of Siena difficult without a car.

A wonderful place to stay in Siena, relaxing just ourside town with great views of the Tuscan hills yet convienient enough walk to the center of town. Tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Friendly English-speaking staff. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Villa Peragnola is a well located Villa under 10 minutes driving distance to Siena's center, walkable but not with young children and in the summer heat. The Villa has a fabulous view, well maintained grounds and a lovely pool. Breakfast is fantastic!

It was nice to be near the city but to have a pool to be able to relax by after a day's sight seeing. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Without a car although not far from the city centre it was a very long walk which meant either waiting up to half an hour for a bus or paying out for taxis.

This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Peragnola and again we were not dissapointed. Lucia & Anna made us very welcome and we really enjoyed our bright modern room, breakfast and pool.

The building was just beautiful, very modern, light and comfortable. The swimming pool was great for swimming, and very clean. The location was out of the busy part of town, on a hill with wonderful views.

The location of the villa is very pleasant, away from it all but still close enough to the sites. Privately owned and run by a family who live next door. The feel is quite modern and sleek, which was a nice contrast to the more traditional places we have stayed. Lovely relaxing pool area which was appreciated after the walk back from the centre of Siena. Having a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities was welcome as this is not standard in most Italian hotels. A walk back down the lane at night to see the fire flies makes it feel like a secret hide away.

The distance from the train station is not that far , however it is not really a suitable walk. A taxi at approx 8 Euros is worth every cent. If you do walk exit, the train station to the left as you walk out and carry on straight up the hill over the roundabout, it is at the top of the hill down a lane on the right hand side. The breakfast area is quite small and very quite, with even the staff whispering. I would suggest some background music to lift the awkwardness.

The villa is a superb contemporary interpretation of a traditional Tuscan villa with an excellent interior design and spacious rooms. The owners could not have been more helpful to us. The breakfast was superb. The swiming pool is a delight to return to after a hot day sightseeing. Although it is about a 25 minute walk from the centre of Siena, there is a regular bus service available into the city. It was nice to be in the countryside rather than the city. There is a reasonable restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away from the villa. We had a lovely time there and wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommended

This b&b is located on a quiet street with beatiful views of Siena's surroundings. The accomodations are spotlessly clean,bright, the breakfast is an awesome buffet and the hosts very thoughtful. In the common area there is a computer, fax machine and copier set up all for the guests' convenience. We would chose this b&b over a hotel.

Some would find the location a bit far from the center of Siena. This was not an issue for us, we rather enjoyed walking of the wonderful sienese cuisine and gelato.

Lovely location far enough away from the traffic to provide a peaceful setting but only a 25 minute level walk to the city walls. Family run business very welcoming, attentive and friendly. Spacious, quiet room with delightful scenic views. Good quality breakfast; fresh tomato salad much appreciated. Comfortable, clean, tasteful modern building. A very pleasant stay.
